Thanks to the intervention and assistance from the government, Phogat’s visa was eventually granted, allowing her to travel to Spain and compete in the event.

Approximately three hours after her post, Phogat shared an update revealing that her Schengen visa had been successfully obtained.
“I have just now received my Schengen visa. I would like to sincerely thank all the authorities who have helped me get the visa so quickly. Means a lot. Thank you @mansukhmandviya @Bangalore France @MEABharat @DGSAI, TOPS and MOC team,” she wrote on X again.
